I am currently an independent marketer with a 10 year old+ company with over 16,000 marketers currently called U.S. MONOLITH. Although it is not my specific intention to promote the MLM itself, although I urge you to read the following for more information first.

As you'll notice from reading my overview of U.S. Monolith, the second company owned by Hap Langlie is The VenPar Group. They not only do they handle both company and distributor direct mailings, but they sell direct mail leads as well. I have been in VenPar for two of my now 7 months in the U.S. Monolith MLM, and now have a few hundred letters and postcards going out for my group at the current time. But that's not what I'm writing about.
What I want to add here and the purpose of this letter is that VenPar also deals with offshore banks and trades. Company president Hap Langlie has been into offshore investments ($10 million worth) for several years. I know this not only from my conversations with him, but other people in various businesses who have known or spoke to Hap as well. Through his broker he has finally made two comparitively low-cost investments available to the public, and several people have made a lot of money already in these two programs.
One is a $2000 program (minimum), and that's the long-term one that will be on-going. Your money goes in a Carribean bank, and it doubles tri-annually. The idea is to leave it alone and let it grow to over $1 million in 3 and 1/2 years.
The other is a limited $5000 program, and that one is going to generate an impressive 300% (9 to 1) return on your investment. In this case no less than $45,000 in 100 days!! The problem is that I don't have the start-up money, I've never used credit (never needed it), and I have no collateral. So this is my proposal from one entrepenuer to another who can see the incredible value of this viable opportunity and how quickly I will be able to pay you back:
1. If you have or can obtain it for me, I need a loan of $5000. This program ends on September 1, so I would need a cashier's or certified check made out to The VenPar Group by mid August at the latest mailed to my address which I will then mail to The VenPar Group.
2. Approximately a few days to a week after the end of the 100 day period I will either receive a check for $45,000 (processed by VenPar, signed by Langlie) and I will deposit it in an offshore bank that The VenPar Group does business with --- The Bank of Costa Rica. The bank pays a very generous 50% a month interest!!
3. Once my account is established (could take up to 2 weeks), I will then cut you a check for $6000. So I will have paid you the principle plus 20% interest ($1000). Not only is this extremely reasonable given your 4 month wait, but in the event that you had to borrow the money to get the loan you would cover your cost of that loan and still have some money left over for yourself in the end!
4. When you see how much money I've made, you'll want to invest $2000 of your own to get into the long-term program!
Of course, if you don't want to wait and put an additional $5000 (or more) for yourself in the other program along with the same amount that I'm looking to borrow for me you are more than welcome to!
There is no limit to the amount you can invest. One very wealthy gentleman recently put $300 million into the $5000 program, so do the math on that one after 4 months!!
I know we hardly know each other, but this is an opportunity that has less risk than any other that I've ever seen. People have already made a great deal of money in each of these programs! I believe my request for a loan as outlined above are very reasonable terms that I hope you agree with. If not, I'm sure we can negotiate. Then if you feel the need to put it in writing to legally protect yourself then I will gladly sign it.
