EZCardinc,a Florida corporation, offers a service called EZCmoney. EZCmoney is a patented payment system for Internet shopping. We are NOT a typical Internet business. EZCmoney is quite unique in that it requires no personal information from customers, is free for customers, and literally makes credit cards obsolete for Internet shopping. The only fee is a low 1.9% to merchants for transactions. We are growing daily, and debt free. We are looking for investors. We are now in need of major funding, at least $10,000 per investor, for marketing and growth.
