Currently we are working on a debenture financing and the purpose of the debenture is to raise some extra money for the clinics to keep them on schedule to open. Luna Medical Technologies operates Canada's first Woman's only healthcare facility. The company is offering innovative solutions to the current healthcare problems experienced by Woman. Luna Medical through its subsidiary " Woman's Health Centres" addresses the current lack of adequate service provided by Woman for Woman and Children. Currently, this is first of its kind and a necessity with the aging population. The grand opening was January 15, 2001 and already has seen over 3000 clients since the opening. They are expected to reach their target amount of 7000 clients within four months from now. As a result, cash flow is coming in with estimated revenue of two million on each clinic.
